As a Public Representative, my primary goal is to serve the community through impactful initiatives. I firmly believe in the transformative power of education, as famously stated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." My aspiration, "FIRHAD 30," aims to realize this vision. Starting with 30 students, I envision expanding it to benefit 3 million students one day. I aspire for students from my constituency to excel as WBCS, IAS, IPS officers, doctors, and engineers, fostering pride and empowerment. Success in civil service demands unwavering dedication and perseverance. Regardless of challenges or limitations, success is achievable through determination, sincerity, and relentless effort. I envision this institute to be a beacon of hope, supporting underprivileged students and enriching society. My steadfast support and best wishes are dedicated to the institute's continuous growth and contribution to societal development.

The transition to an environment of learning becomes easy with the availability of multiple sources of learning such as text books, power-point presentations, and story boards on various subjects.
Assessments and interactivities are given at the end of every session such that the practical application of theory learnt can be gauged.
