In 2014, DSP Qutubuddin Khan envisioned starting FIRHAD 30 WBCS Coaching during an event at Darul Uloom Teghia Moinia. Inspired by the concept of integrating religious education with civil service preparation, he proposed this idea, aiming to introduce it to West Bengal. With the support of Madarsah Darul Uloom Teghia Moinia's secretary, MD Anis, and assistance from WBCS officers, the journey commenced. Minister Firhad Hakim graciously aided in resolving infrastructure challenges. Initially focused on WBCS coaching, the institute's expansion to include IAS and IPS coaching was discussed in 2017 but deferred in favor of prioritizing WBCS coaching.
